Do not use!!!! I had this company booked and fully paid for my wedding in May which was postponed to September due to Covid19. I asked them to move my booking and was told as my wedding wasn't in the initial lockdown period i would have to wait. I expressed frustration at this given every other supplier (all small businesses) were great and postponed the bookings and received a threatening and ranting email. As each lockdown period was extended I contacted them and again was told to wait. As my wedding date passed i contacted them again and since have been ignored completely. I have attempted to contact them by email, phone and social Media and am ignored each time. I am aware they are still speaking to other people and taking new bookings. I have also been in contact with other brides who have received the same treatment. I have reported them to trading standards and have sent them the letter i received from trading standards advising they expected companies to Offer refunds for services not rendered due to covid9 and have still been ignored. I have now spoken to another bride who has received similar treatment and who herself has heard from 50 others. Clearly this company is unprofessional and scamming brides out of their money. Do not use.

My experience with light box has caused nothing but upset, anger and disappointment. I do not recommend Them and they did not provide my wedding services on Saturday. I had no communication from them at all, and have not received a refund for my services that were not carried out. 600 down, no wedding service and an awful email to follow Absolute disgrace
