I absolutely LOVE my new hair cut and colour. Iwona did a great job. I cant recommend her enough. BUT ....REGIS - Your salon is bloody freezing ! When its so cold you have to have a blanket on to get a hair wash its then definitely time for a re-think of a no door policy. Love my new 'Do' not do much the free frostbite to go with it!!!!!

Definitely wouldn't recommend I had my hair done a few months ago (taken me a while to debate whether to put this up) my hair was over processed leaving my hair to snap! I went to a new hairdresser and she was SHOCKED. She didn't know what to do with my hair! The lady I had who I can't remember her name didn't even give me the end result I wanted, I wanted a baluage but got a full set of highlights and was told she wouldn't touch my roots but did. The customer service was poor and I was not satisfied as I found her rough with my hair. Wouldn't recommend from my personal experience, if I could put the photos up that my new hairdresser took to show how bad it was I would!! She also stained my clothing leading my to buy another one to replace due to no fault but hers, they didn't even have the correct gowns, felt like I was just in PPE. Also I was shocked that the manager managed to get a gentlemens appointment wrong but then when he returned she said she couldn't fit him in as he was late and turned him away which I was astonished by! as it was her fault Service: Hair coloring
