        Fantastic after sales service. Very friendly staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Had a couple of problems and Fred was excellent in sorting it. I would definitely recommend them. The best after sales service I have ever received. Thank you Sue and Louis

        After spending over 1,700 on the Kensington delux garden furniture set with (allegedly) a 10 year guarantee in 2012, two chair backs have now broken. They exchanged one, but now another has broken they are refusing to honour their guarantee and trying to charge me to replace it. They claim it is due to undue pressure which is ludicrous, just normal use. They will not honour their 10 year guarantee. With 4 years left of the guarantee still, plus a table leg that has also come apart (for the second time) I would steer clear of this company. I am in the process of going through the small claims court which is a hassle I can do without but feel strongly that I wont be treated like this. Mrs Helen Watkins
