This review is in relation to Paul Duffer and Craig Davidson: Walking in on spec, after being ignored at another local branch of car dealership I was immediately greeted by Craig who made us comfortable and sat us with Paul. I explained I had seen a car on the forecourt and he quickly gave me the options available. He asked me what I wanted to pay and both himself and Craig worked tirelessly to make it happen! They were thorough, informative and went over and above to meet my needs. I test drove the car after Paul showing me the functions on the car in full and walked back in sure I wanted to take the car. They discussed the added extras with no hard sales approach and made me feel at ease. I walked away to discuss with my partner and called back to put the order in place. The communication was seamless, they ensured the car was in immaculate order and ready for collection immediately 2 days later. These guys are helpful, friendly, approachable, adaptable and I would recommend them every single time. Thanks for helping me find my ideal car and making the whole process a pleasure. what an easy experience that was l called into Lookers Chelmsford on the off chance of finding a vehicle and Paul Duffus managed to find the exact thing I needed and with in the week I was driving away in the car of my dreams , I cant thank you enough for making the experience enjoyable and easy
