        Visited the store on a weekend shopping for Christmas presents. Hadn't purchased anything from L'occitanne in years but when I explained the product I once had the friendly member of staff was able to identity what I was looking for. Even though I only purchased 2 creams at 8 each the staff member made me feel very special. She advised me about getting 10% off if I become a VIP member, which I did. I explained one of the creams were a gift so she wrapped it up in tissue paper that was sprayed with perfume and a lovely yellow branded and designed bag. She gave me some free samples too! I was very impressed and will be purchasing from here again as the service was wonderful and next time I plan to spend alot more! X
