Simply fertility in Chelmsford have been amazing throughout our whole experience. Nothing has been to much trouble for them. Every single member of staff we have dealt with are so kind and caring and you get a feel they genuinely care about you and the process. We were lucky enough to get pregnant on our first transfer but we will definitely be going back for more. Thank you so much for making our dreams come true.

From the moment we walked into Simply fertility we felt welcome. We first went to these guys during covid and considering I wasnt allowed my husband with me most of the time in the clinic, the staff there at simply made me feel at ease. When we went into the theatre for embryo transfer we were met by Katie the embryologist who honestly made our experience so memorable as she was so excited to tell us about our embryos. We had a successful first round which got our little girl thanks to Mr Mohamed and have recently gone back to simply to start the process for a frozen embroyo transfer. Our phone calls were always answered and answered in a really welcoming manner and nothing was ever too much for these guys. I can hand on heart recommend simply fertility, if you are looking for a clinic that has good communication, high success rates and listens to your wants and needs whilst making a tailored plan for you then these are them. Will be forever grateful to them for getting us our rainbow baby and hopefully our future brood.

Its hard to put into words the gratitude I feel for the Simply team. I am currently 37 weeks pregnant & cant wait to meet my miracle & hang her name on the tree that I sat next to so many times praying that one day it would be my turn. It was a tough 3 year fertility journey, with 3 egg collections & 4 failed transfers. Mr Gangooly led my care with compassion & expertise & I felt safe in the knowledge that every decision was made with my best interests at the centre, both physically & emotionally. My Embryologist was extremely knowledgeable & highly professional, having the ability to answer a multitude of questions & guide me through the expanse of information I was posed with. The senior nursing team were at the end of the phone with their support & guidance throughout & no question or problem was ever too much. At times administration communication was not consistent, however this was during Covid & did improve towards the end of my journey with the clinic. Being with the clinic for a longer period than I ever expected the team grew to become like a second family - it feels like you spend more time there than you do with your friends & family, which is why Im so glad I chose Simply to help my journey to motherhood.

Following a few rounds of ovulation induction with this clinic which failed. I was told after my last failed round by a nurse that if I wanted to conceive I would probably then need to go on to IVF. I was very very upset at the clinic & no support was offered, I had an hours drive home & I was in no fit state to drive, they said there would be a follow up & would be in touch but had absolutely nothing from them so after a few weeks I called to tell them how upset & disappointed I was at being given this news while I was at reception by a nurse then just left to drive home upset. Aftercare is one of the most important aspects and they failed. They refused to refund me any of my treatment costs for there mess up of aftercare and being left in a very unstable mental state. They are all about money rather than supporting people though some of the hardest times, once they have their money they dont care.
