        This Friday evening, the electrics tripped in my house. Trying to remain calm for the children, I contacted Respond Electrical (having seen positive feedback on Springfield and Chelmer Village FB group). Even though it was reasonably late on a Friday evening, Owen responded quickly. He quoted the call out rate (very reasonable) but also instructed me how to fix the problem myself without him needing to come out at all. I am incredibly grateful for his help. His response was quick, professional & ultimately saved me money. Highly recommend! Service: Electrical power restoration

        Two engineers came, one for electrical one for dishwasher. While the first did not detect anything wrong but fixed the issue, Dishwasher guy said he will get back to me with quotes to replace some parts or change completely. A month now I havent heard from them. A plumber recently has discovered a major leakage under sink because of dishwasher connections. I suppose a good engineer would have seen that straight away. What a waste of money and time. Services: General repairs, Electrical inspections

        Can't praise these guys enough. Very professional, courteous and prompt. Prices are very fair. I've used them a few times now for various jobs and couldn't be happier. Jack is very professional and personable, seems to really take pride in his trade and enjoy it. I have no hesitation in recommending them. Services: Light fixture installation, Installation
