The guy before me, and the guy after me, and I myself had to phone for help. The instructions could easily be written in plain English. But theyre not. As a Unix expert, the only meaningful text on the screen was when they rebooted the Raspberry Pi. After we rebooted I managed to BEGIN charging after only 30 minutes wasted time (30!)
The easiest way is to download the app and become a Shareholder (in that you are expected to give the supplier your email address and contact details and a free loan to use as their working capital).
The next guy transferred 30 four times (120!) and didnt get his car charged. He was quite annoyed.
The petrol pumps can charge your debit card for whatever you take out but if you want to buy electrons you have to transfer a deposit first. Why?
I can understand that theres a profit motive in this enterprise but I paid EIGHT times more for this electricity than at home.
A 700% markup.
Im in the wrong business.
