        Rude staff. The NHS overview states car parking but there is none.

        Difficult to get appointments, receptionist have limited empathy, appointments not with Drs meaning wait for urgent prescriptions, even for children, appointments at GP other side of town, No follow up. Down to years of lack of funding granted, but the system is truly broken.

        I have been given so much dangerous and unhelpful medical advice from doctors here The team at Broomfields jaws dropped when I told them after an MRI the doctor called back with my results and said I could become paralysed from the neck down and laughed. I took my daughter here for a referral for an autism screening and I was told theres no point sending one as it would just be declined and itll just get picked up at school age anyway and Im just putting my anxiety onto her. Its places like this that give GPS a bad name.
