        Lack of sense and consideration often depending who is on the front desk. Will make your life harder and unreasonable especially if you are already struggling

        Tried to ring at dead on 8 o'clock, message said call queue already full, how can this be!!!? Surely to cover for the now closed Wood Street, more staff and Doctors are required!!! Nobody chooses to be ill and then can't get through when they are. Very dissatisfied.

        The process of booking an appointment is hard enough but youve only gone and made it 100 times harder. Why not keep the old system where a busy tone is heard when the line is busy? Instead we are forced to listen to irrelevant information first then the phone says its busy. This is so unnecessary!!!
