        Another year service not inproved phone about results of cT scan Dr refuse to tell me. Other than only saying need more information about it Which was no help at all

        This surgery looks nice and isn't far from where I live. But the incompetence by far exceeds this. Staff are rude and dismissive and fabricate their own stories saying my partner handed in my forms but I had done so myself. They were using this as a reason to justify why I hadn't been added as a new patient on the system, when it was because I had missed a part I needed to sign and staff had not bothered to contact me. It was just on the off-chance I tried to book an appointment and was told I wasn't on their system. I provided photo ID but didn't get the link to sign in to book appointments online. There is no provision for someone who works 9-9pm in London. Disappointing.

        I called the surgery to let them know I was going to be late for my appointment and they said that it's fine but I can only be 10 mins late max which is fine. I'm already near the surgery, not even 5 mins late and I get a phone call saying I already lost my slot and I didn't call to let them know I was going to be late???
