        You have more chance of getting the winning lottery numbers than booking an appointment at Wood Street Surgery. And if you think thats bad try Rivermead Surgery, oh can you turn up at 08:00 and wait, err what time do you have to leave home to get across Chelmsford to be there at 08:00. Whole system has become a joke.

        We booked an emergency appointment for a 3 year old and were given 11.10am appointment but were made to wait after reaching surgery and not seen by the doc until 1pm. We were just told doc is running late. We saw some other patients who had arrived after us being sent inside before us with no explanation. Really bad service given the emergency of the situation, we had to wait all this while with a sick n hungry 3 year old! We could have gone home n come back if we were told about the wait time in advance!
