Hi. I was given an emergency private appointment in which I desperately needed. After an assessment I was given a prescription to fight my infection. I was very happy with the service provided and found this practice as being one of the most professional I have visited. Thanks to the team at bupa.

I was a patient here for many years and I never got a regular dentist. I was once seen by an Australian dentist who had halitosis. They seemed to have given me passing dentists. The last one I saw was busy nattering with her assistant, even while she was working in my mouth. The equipment and tools did not appear to have been recently sterilised because they were in a bundle held together with elastic bands. She then put them on the table, which was not sterile, before using them in my mouth. Long story short; I got a serious infection which cannot be diagnosed or cured. I complained, they investigated and found nothing wrong (of course they did) I later found out that this dentist did not have a degree in dentistry, only a Diploma from another country. I now live a life in constant pains and it's impossible for anyone to prove that a dentist did not follow the hygiene standards. BIGGEST REGRET OF MY LIFE!

Not for young children imho. Also my family was offered unnecessary work.
