        Excellent!!! I have been to three other Evri/Hermes drop off shops in Chelmsford in the past 3 weeks, and they were all a bad experience, so I didn't end up using them, but this shop was the exact opposite, the gentleman that assisted me was knowledgeable and extremely helpful, he was able to explain everything simply for me which was great as I am partially sighted at the moment, and suggested things like taking a photo of the label and receipt for security, which I hadn't thought of. If you want to or need to use Evri/Hermes then this is the place to go, forget the ones in the town centre, you can trust this one, and there is close parking.

        Pspper shop but takes parcel there to send to.hermes say you going to post office also print labale in shop saves you printing them also send amazon parcel back they right in center of town which is handy
