Absolute shambles of a company. Stayed home on 3 consecutive days for a parcel which they didn't deliver because 'nobody was home'. When pushed they admitted the driver couldn't find the address so just took the parcel back to the depot on each occasion. You would have thought they might try and contact me after the 1st or 2nd attempt, but no, its easier for them to get me to go to their depot. Total clowns.

Shocking service. I was in all day along with the rest of my family and no delivery was attempted and no card was left. I will now not buy anything that will be delivered by this so called delivery company with lazy drivers.

Arranged delivery for two days later on their website guess what they turned up on a different day, driver must of been so surprised to find me not in again, and now my parcel has gone back to their depot, not the first time I've had trouble with parcelforce, ill never buy anything from a seller using parcelforce again, total waste of space

Tedious automated telephone service that doesnt let you give the details that they need to deal with your enquiry, then they leave you a message to say that you need to give them more info, but give you the number for the same automated service.
