Belles Fleur Home have the most beautiful home accessories and faux flowers and I have been extremely happy with everything I have ordered from them. Bianca, the owner is also really lovely and professional and provides excellent customer service. I had a small issue with parcel delays due to the Royal Mail strikes and Bianca went out of her way to locate the missing parcel which I did then receive. I would highly recommend Belles Fleur Home for your home accessories and faux flowers, you will definitely not regret your purchase.

WOW! What can I say about Belles Fleur. I have purchased two lots of faux flower arrangements with two vases from her, which are absolutely stunning. On my 2nd purchase of flowers she even designed them for me as how I'd like them...amazing! My Christmas wreath arrived last weekend after only ordering it a few days before, this also is stunning. I have attached some photos of what I've ordered so you can see them. Bianca is so lovely, kind and helpful. I'm glad I don't live near her shop as it would be very dangerous. Placed an order on 17th November. Called last week was told they were actually out of the item I had requested but it was due in this (i.e.Last) week. Called today and whilst my item had arrived at the store last Friday, it had still not been dispatched. Might be a good shop but needs sharpen up their online shopping procedures.... very poor

Belles Fleur is the only place I will go to for my faux arrangements and vases. Bianca, the owner, is so friendly and absolutely amazing at creating the most beautiful arrangements. The products are of the highest quality and I really couldn't recommend Belle Fleur enough!!
