Paul was very kind and our dear dog Pickle (who was suffering from acute heart failure when he arrived) was allowed to pass away peacefully. He looked after Pickle and my wife and I very well and you could not ask for more. I am so glad that he was able to come at short notice.

Genuinely cant recommend Paul and his service along with phoenix crematorium enough. Paul thank you for taking such amazing care of my molly, the respect your showed us as a family and to our beautiful molly goes above and beyond. Thank you Jo Saunders (and Molly)

My family used Paul after our best friend Bo Bears told us he was ready to cross the rainbow bridge. I didnt make it in time to be with my parents and brother but they had nothing but great things to say about Paul. When they went to pick him up, he offered to show my dad around to put his mind at ease that the ashes were of our boy and not mixed with any other beautiful souls. Today, we received a hand written condolence card. What a lovely gesture. I dont envy your job Paul, but thank you for making this awful thing that little bit more bearable. I will recommend you to anyone that finds themselves in this situation.
