Andy, Tony and the whole team at Garland & Bird did an excellent job with my extension. The quality of their work is really good, they are tidy and made things as painless as possible during the build. They are also trustworthy, you can leave them to do their work with the reassurance they will do a quality job that the client is very happy with. I contacted Garland and Bird after they were recommended to me, and based on my own experience of their building work I'd definitely recommend them to others without any hesitation.

We had a single level extension done and it has been fantastic! Everyone who worked on the project was professional and friendly. They were always tidy on site. Every time there was a decision we were given options and recommendations, we were never presented with a problem with no solution. Ive had so many comments about how smooth our build seemed to go and have confirmed that it was a smooth and easy process. I have recommended them to several friends and would use G&B again!

I expected to have a stressful experience during the building of our extension. Tony, Andy and their team did a great job and made sure that the job went smoothly. The team are professional, experienced, and responded quickly to any problems or queries. They made the whole job, from the quote to completion, run smoothly. I also asked them to carry out some additional work on the existing property and they made sure that this was a seamless process. I would recommend the company and would definitely use them again.

Garland & Bird did our loft conversion a few years ago, and were so good that when we wanted our kitchen extension doing this year there really was no-one else we'd contemplate doing the work for us, no matter how long we'd have to wait to fit into their schedule. Now we're almost done with the extension, and yet again ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING about their work and the way they go about it is OUTSTANDING. If you're considering any type of building work, save yourself a heap of time and potential headaches - just choose Garland & Bird and then relax. They make everything so straight forward for you.
