Not helpful at all in this shop. Twice I have been in here first time they couldnt help me with a very simple phone issue that my friend ended up doing with a replacement screen off ebay. Second time I was booked in and told I would receive a call back last week but still waiting on that said phone call. Very unprofessional. Do not promise call backs when you cant be bothered to follow up with a customer!

Unfortunately a very disappointing experience. I originally visited this shop for a repair on my iPad (smashed screen). I had called the shop, asked for a price and asked if I needed to book an appointment. I was given a price and told that I could just walk in. I mentioned the day I would walk in and roughly the time i aimed to get there and I asked how long they would need the iPad for. I was informed it could be fixed while I wait in the shop. Perfect ! So I thought ! I went to the shop with my daughter (who was under 1 at the time) and I was informed that they would need to keep the iPad and I could I go back the next day. I explained how disappointing this was as I was told it could be fixed on the spot while I wait. I was then told the best they could do was in two hours. This was a timeframe I more expected. I returned two hours later and was told to come back in an hour. In the end the repair took 4 hours. When I got home and looked at the screen it didnt seem to be placed correctly, I couldnt quite describe it, but it was obvious the screen had been replaced and I wouldnt say it looked professional. I called the shop a few days later and they tried to give excuses as to why they wouldnt replace the screen (when there was a warranty with it if anything was wrong). Instead a few days later I decided to go into the shop and I was served by a different person this time, when explaining why I was back in the shop, the gentleman must have misunderstood what I said and he continued to look at the screen and say whoever you had this screen repaired with hasnt done it properly, look here you can see. I was more than happy he said this as I pulled out my receipt and showed him that they had fixed my screen. The shop agree to replace my screen again! I go back hours later and I kid you not the screen still didnt look good, when I got home there was a bit of glue around the edges, which the shop advised me was normal as it was, what was needed to hold the screen in place. Since then (this was a few months back) the quality of brightness and the touch screen was noticeably getting worse. I actually ended up taking my iPad back to apple and they informed me it looked like a poor quality screen had been installed, however appless repair prices are crazy! So I had continued to look for a repair shop I had more faith in. I have just had my screen replaced today by a different company and the different was incredible! I look like my iPad is brand new again, but the people did comment and advise that who ever had replaced the screen before had used a glue which is not to be used on iPads or these screens which is also what apple had said and also my suspicion. I have not bothered to go back to the shop as I had given them the second chance to sort the screen correctly and they simply did a poor rush job the second time. Im sorry to leave a negative review as I genuinely dont like doing them, but I was really appalled by the whole service and quality of screen repairs you install.
