Help Me Fix It Dave

This is the 3rd time Dave has helped me and it was FREE! Because it was over the phone. :) I called Dave this afternoon, as I was having a meltdown with my laptop. He was able to help me straight away, and advised next steps to resolve the problem long-term too.

Had a laptop that wouldn't charge. Messaged Dave yesterday evening, had an immediate reply! Made a few suggestions how to rectify the problem.....problem solved! He was prepared to come have a look today if I couldn't get it working with a no fix no fee. Very helpful, would highly recommend getting in touch with any IT problems. Can't thank Dave enough!

1. I messaged Dave on a Sunday, hoping to get a reply the following week. Had a reply within 5 minutes! 2. PC picked up that same day, Dave said between 4pm and 5pm, which it was! 3. Fixed it and charged same price as he quoted 4. PC returned following day, again in an hour time frame. Seriously good service, infact faultless!
