Chelmsford Central Health Hub

Excellent NHS experience. Short waiting time, friendly staff, and professional care throughout. A tricky place to find using Google maps, as the location pin shows it in the wrong place (I have edited it) but it can be found in the walkway between the theatre and the bus station! Signage nearby could perhaps be better, but the centre itself was great.

I have to agree with other reviewers about the receptionist. On the website it says it opens at 7am, I got there at just after, the door was locked. I left it few minutes, an older gentleman joined me, then I knocked, receptionist opened the door said we don't open till 7.10, obviously not a minute sooner, even though it was -2. Other people arrived we were spoken to in such a rude manner that I just laughed. One gentleman was pointed at by said receptionist told you, then you and then you. I work in Customer Service how is that a way to speak to people. The chap who did my blood test was lovely.

The nurses are very friendly and professional, however the guy telling everyone which rooms to go to is incredibly rude and aggressive. Very unprofessional.
