I used to love going here. Until a couple of weeks back I went in with my niece and 2 children. They asked for a few things different. One was like 2 items less than you would have on a full English. And my son who has allergies had bread and my daughter wanted bacon so basically my son had the bread to my daughters sandwich. The waitress came out and said we can do it this once but we cant do it again if we are busy. Was no one in there. I have worked in very high end restaurants and wouldnt dream of saying that to anyone. We sat opposite the kitchen and could see how rude they were being about the order. That werent hard to do. Everything was an effort and chore. I couldnt wait to leave and would never go back.

Kid-friendliness: Children are made very welcome. Parking: Large parking area beside the vineyards complex. Wheelchair accessibility: Ground level although you may need assistance to open the doors. Dietary restrictions: Staff always ask if you have allergies. Vegetarian options available.

We use the glass house reasonably regularly for lunch. The food is always tasty and reasonably priced. Things to recommend include: delicious chips and excellent freshly made cakes. The service is always great too.
