The owner contacted me 3 days later. The first thing she did was accusing me ruining her company s reputation...no apologize at all not even a sorry to hear what happened! I hang up as she was so rude, she sent message over threatening to call her solicitor and to do everything she can to defend the companys reputation. I am here to share my experience. This is what review about. I am also here to defense my freedom of speech! Again appreciate the couple who did cleaned the downstairs. For the guy upstairs cleaning the en-suite room, he was not there to work. He wants our wifi code so he can play his phone (we refused). He messed up my jewelry box and since then my engagement ring missed. He didnt clean the en-suite shower, didnt clean the skirting board and called it completion!
