Visited this store today, I was really disappointed. I walked in and the floors looked dirty. There were bits of paper on the floor, discarded receipts, napkins etc. The staff looked grumpy, it just had a really bad atmosphere. Its a very small shop, if theres more then 7-8 customers inside it feels overcrowded. The staff were trying their best but they were so swamped serving hot drinks it left customers buying products waiting.
