        We had a level 3 survey done by Able Surveyors (Jack) and have to say that the level of service is excellent, not only is the survey very detailed, professional and easy to understand, we had the headlines back the same day and the full report within a few days. Also within the full report there is a guidance of price for any work that might need to be undertaken. After the full survey we sent the estate agents/vendor issues that we felt needed to be addressed, we sent their reply to Jack who contacted us to go through any follow up questions we had. Everyone that we have dealt with in this company have been professional and courteous, would highly recommend Able Surveyors.

        Able Surveyors provided us with great customer service, communication was very pleasant, responded to our questions before and after the survey. The RICS2 survey itself was booked very promptly with headlines of the survey on the day followed by the detailed full survey. We would use home-survey again without hesitation.
