Me and my partner recently used KSP Chartered Surveyors in Chelmsford for a level 2 survey when buying our first property together. They communicated with us every step of the way, and had a quick turnaround time! Thanks to them we have peace of mind for when we move in! We would absolutely recommend KSP Chartered Surveyors. We had a Level 3 building survey done and the level of detail provided was amazing, with the report being laid out very clearly. Abby was also so helpful and her friendly yet professional manner was one of the main reasons we went with KSP! Thank you again :)

Couldnt recommend KSP Surveyors enough! When I first called to enquire about arranging a survey on a property I was buying, Abby was extremely helpful, polite and professional! Dean who carried out the survey done a great job of highlighting areas of concern and suggesting how the property could be improved. Will definitely be using KSP in the future and will be recommending.

We used KSP for our house survey and cannot recommend enough. They were super quick to respond to my initial email and all following correspondence. They booked into survey the house incredibly quickly and got the survey back to us exactly in the time frame set out during our quote. Will use again in the future!

I am going through process of buying our first home and KSP heped me to carry out a Level 3 Survey, on the property I wish to buy. I had a great choice and the report included lots of different pictures and recommendations which helped me a lot for my purchasing proess.
