Longcroft Luxury Cat Hotel Chelmsford

Our two Maine Coons, Daisy and Hugo, have just stayed for the first time with Claire & Tim at Longcroft Chelmsford. This was only their second time they have stayed in a cattery and a total contrast from the other place they stayed at. Claire & Tim have certainly restored our confidence in being able to leave our two house cats in the care of someone else. Regular updates clearly showed how well looked after they were, especially making them feel relaxed and maintaining their daily grooming and cleaning regime. When they returned home they were also very relaxed and calm, which goes to show that their care was exceptional. Thank you Claire & Tim for making their stay such a positive and worry free experience for us all. We will definitely be happy to use your services again the next time we travel.

Fabulous service, the hotel is brilliant. Claire and Tim are great, we got regular updates from them while we were away which really put our minds at ease. They really cared for them and it really showed. The service from enquiry to picking them after their stay was brilliant!

We were apprehensive to book Button Moon in as she is only tiny (6 and a half months) We absolutely neednt have worried. She has returned home today happy and chilled with a goody bag and looking fantastic. The owners go way over and above to make things perfect and take so much trouble to understand individual needs and worries. Can not recommend highly enough. Ten stars!

Rose and Ruby were obviously very well taken care of during their holiday at Longcroft and we were delighted to receive regular updates and photos during their stay. The hotel is the perfect place for furry family to spend their time away from home and we highly recommend it. Huge thanks to Claire and Tim for their care and kindness!
