        Rang and left a message for Doug and he responded quickly the same day. I had a bad stain on my bedroom carpet that I had tried to get out with every product possible including 10 goes with my Vax cleaner to no avail. Doug popped round the next morning to assess and managed to remove the stain there and then! Thought I was going to have to buy a new carpet. Thanks Doug great service!
