    I was instructed to use this approved dealership for warranty repairs by Jeep customer care. After initially booking in my vehicle from mid October22 for an alternator replacement, I waited for 3 months before picking up my Jeep this January. What should have been a happy day I noticed an unusual shudder straight away when leaving the dealership and after having it home for the weekend I booked it in again for investigation. Weeks later after numerous diagnostics, it turned out that the fuel injectors were faulty and I was advised that they would also require replacement parts. I was then informed my last annual service which was undertaken from a third party dealership, failed to change a fuel filter and due to this fuel filter issue, I was given the devastating decision by the dealerships warranty team that my warranty would be void and I would have to pay over 3k to replace the faulty parts. This is clearly unfair to refuse warranty works in this manner and clearly this company doesnt fulfil its obligations. My advice to anyone thinking of purchasing a vehicle from this company would be to not bother.
