So far - disgusted with this company. Viewed our truck, agreed on a price and took it away. A week later, they came back to us and said they werent happy with it and offered us less. Another sum was agreed and nearly 3 weeks later they still have the truck and no money has been sent to us after many promises that it has. Shocking.

28th January they bought my van. I handed keys over. Today, 15th February they still haven't paid Ford lease. First they didn't send ford statement of intention, then they sent wrong vehicle purchase form - of which I found out by my contacting Ford. Ford emailed them, i emailed them to send correct form. Thankfully I had 2nd statement of intention so I sent that to Ford. 3 days after this process started my father died so didn't need this constant aggro. I tell them this after i rang ford last Monday to find out wrong paper sent. On Wednesday ford sent them invoice, webuy still not paid as of today, even though I tell them do they think they can get this sorted before my father's funeral on the 22nd? Said yesterday they would get it sorted, still no call back or any communication. They keep ignoring fords instructions on how to fulfill this process, so ford can't tell me if they've paid as webuy haven't allocated payment to my reg plate!! 18 DAYS LATER... Still grieving, still having constant aggro, at the worst possible time. Think very carefully before deciding whether to let webuyyourmotorcar purchase your vehicle.
