Went in for a recall and had so much hassle sorting it out it was a shambles. Then I get told I have things that need sorting during a health check I never asked for. Their paperwork states it needs an mot in 2 moths (actually had it 2 weeks ago) Then get an email about possible repairs that were immediate and needing sorting within a month and would cost me over 1000. Upon contacting another BMW Specialist garage I have been to before, and I trust to do the work, I was informed it would cost no more than 140 for what needs doing, so I paid there and then and had the work done. I know Ill never be returning here and wouldnt advise anyone to. Nothing but issues and problems which makes you feel uncomfortable. Thank god I didnt get my pants pulled down for 1000.

BMW had sent me a letter regarding a recall issue, so I contacted these guys. Very professional from the beginning and their customer services was very good. To get the added bonus as part of the 'recall' to have it totally cleaned was maybe unnecessary, however, they sent me their mechanics VIDEO who had carried out a mini check of the tyres, brakes, suspension and exhaust. This was valued and so thanks, you went above and beyond. I have also had an email from them, again checking if everything was carried out to my satisfaction and I replied with this. Great to have the courtesy car too, just goes to show also how the BMW has progressed. Great to see that petrol has come a long way and vastly improved handling, acceleration, and how quieter this model is to my diesel. However, disappointed that the parking brake is still not automatically provided when the ignition is switched off, whereas we've had this on my other cars for many many years! (Optional extra) Petrol was on reserve when picked up, so went over to Sainsbury. Maybe a good idea to put a sticker on the filler to remind people what the car needs to be filled with! (They acknowledged this as a good idea). Prices of their services was free for the recall and the rest was courtesy of them so nothing to pay. Thanks 2023-April. Another recall! Tried to call, tried the online too. Just can't get hold of them, so have tried the other garage in Southend where the online says they will call back. Been a few days now, and still no call back.
