        Awfully unprofessional company, which I would steer clear of. Cancelling appointments whilst on route to the property and complete disregard of customer service. Stay clear

        Had an EXTREMELY pushy salesman come to my flat. He was incredibly pushy, insisted on being there for hours even though I'd made it clear on the initial phone call that I just wanted an initial consultation and rough indication of options and price. After drawing up the drawings which came to an outrageous price, he then proceeded to offer me about a 2k discount but only if I signed the contract RIGHT AWAY. When I said I needed some time to think about it, he immediately switched personality, said that obviously I wasn't serious and had wasted his time. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked him to leave and would definitely not consider Sharps as an option going forward.

        I'd give it zero stars if I could. Highly unprofessional surveyor who was hitting on me during the visit whilst I was at home alone which left me feeling unsafe. Booked an installation date but the guy who turned up had a badly injured arm who wasn't fit to do the job and therefore wasted a day of my annual leave. Design that I agreed on wasn't actually possible to achieve in the end so needed adjustments. Now left with tons of excess material and need to pay council to dispose of.
