        So sad for such a lovely place in the city centre. Went for eye brows shaping. The staff was so rude, not bother to introduce or ask my name, she didnt explain anything and she grabbed my hands asking to stretch my skin. My eyes are swollen and my eye lid has a wound. So painful. Will never go again. I wish I had read the reviews. Management, please educate your staff. We live in 2023!!!
