        Awful time management and prioritisation of jobs. Went in just oil change and took around 5 hours. Reception doesn't know what service is doing although it's just a walk from where they sit.

        The staff here are so friendly and polite, this has been a much better experience than what we get from our Local Audi garage. Glad we went to theses guys.

        Experience at Audi Chelmsford is miles apart from other Audi dealers and I would 100% recommend. Rebecca @ chelmsford helped through the entire process of having my vehicle repaired under warranty. Something Audi Finchley Road deemed not worth fixing at the current time even though the vehicle was under warranty. Thank you ever so much to the Audi Chelmsford team and especially Rebecca for the 10/10 care & service.
