I hired Noeleen to design our rear extension.She delayed providing drawings as per discused.we fallout but got the application approved.However she forgot to include roof lights on the drawing so we had to do another minor amendment which I had to pay 469.When the application not appeared on the website I called her she said she is on holiday but confirmed she submitted but call council to check why it's not online.When i called they said they are working on it and the application charge only 34.She asked me to pay 234 for council charge when it was only 34.I texted her to get the refund and receipts.when there is no reply i rang her.She said f** off.I wouldn't recommend her as a competent person in her work.Many builders came to quote had bad reviews about her drawing. She decided I should do the extension in a building notice without even explaining about building control process.I had no idea until a builder asked me about it.Overall very bad experience.Not recommend if you like to work on timelines and hate lies.

Noeleen provided some excellent help with my single storey rear extension, giving ideas on roof design, use of roof truss manufacturers to simplify the building process and managing building control. Nelson-Cole Design are very approachable, and provide a friendly and professional service. Happy to recommend to anybody looking for an architect to design an extension, or somebody to do building regulation drawings for their project.
