Basant has designed an exceptional contemporary barn home for us in Kent. He was very understanding to our families needs. He created light studies, 3d walk through drawings and numerous different versions of drafts. He is extremely professional in his manner. It has been a pleasure working with him on this project for our family.

Bsant produced design to our brief and excelled in meeting all our expectations. We were able to see the design in 3d from the start which helped us to visualise the design. They produced light studies to visualise the amount of light entering the building throughout the year. We are in conservation area and were able to have a contemporary extension design thanks to BDesign7 efforts.

I am using BDesign7 for a planned home extension and I have been incredibly impressed. Basant understood our requirements straight away, taking my initial ideas and elevating them into a beautiful design. Where I was struggling to see how we could fit what I needed into the space we had available, he was able to see other ways to use the space and provide an innovative layout. The design was greatly enhanced by his recommendations on materials as well as his use of space and particularly natural light, both from a creative as well as a practical perspective considering the varying seasons and maximising benefits. We have been through a few iterations in order to satisfy planning restrictions and at every step he has represented us well, taken onboard the feedback and then adjusted the design to meet the requirements. Throughout the process, communication has been consistent and clear, including regular online meetings to review progress. Being able to virtually walk through the new design in these meetings is very helpful to be able to understand how the design will feel once you are inside it. Overall, it has been a real pleasure to work with Basant. While the planning process is not always straight forward, he has made it extremely easy to navigate our way through. I would not hesitate to recommend BDesign7, am excited to progress to the next stage and cannot wait to be living in the new home that he has enabled us to have.

I am very pleased and happy that I had chosen to work with BDesign7. It had been a truly brilliant service and cannot recommend highly enough. I live in a new build estate which had won Housing Design Awards recently. Initially, I started off the project with another firm putting in the application only to be rejected with pages and pages of comments. All these things together made up a complicated challenge. This time around, I went around the block looking for someone to put things right. Once explaining the situation, few did not want to pick this up, and no response from a handful. After careful consideration, I started to work with BDesign7. Basant was very easy to get in touch and bounce off ideas. He was very friendly, professional, responsive, took all my ideas into consideration and responded quickly with what would work and what might not. This eased off the process very much. The 3D designs, viewpoints, 3D views, plans were all done to very high standards. Along the way, he always made sure that I was happy with the design. I would be happy to work with him in the future.
