        Absolutely the best AV installer I have ever used. Mike Fisher, the owner/proprietor is absolutely fastidious about his work and leaves no stone unturned when problem solving. Neat, tidy, professional, friendly - everything you could ask for. As an AV enthusiast (with zero practical skills) I have trusted Hetra with very large an complex installations and they have never disappointed. If I could give 6 stars, I would. And no, we are not related!

        Took two hours to call me back as i was told she would get a technician to speak with me to help solve the problem and when they did no technician had two minutes to talk to me and couldnt book me in for 18 days

        They fitted a new aerial and the two men that came to do the job were excellent. I really wouldn't go anywhere else after receiving such outstanding customer service.
