        Poor customer service. Despite booking a courtesy car 3 weeks in advance & being told I could collect it any time during the day - when I arrived at 11am.Im told that NO cars are available as its been issued to another customer and will not be until at least 5pm Surely if you book a courtesy car, it is allocated to you!!!! Wasted journey, then told to return the next day to hopefully have the use of a car by a customer service agent who couldnt manage to look up from their computer. No apology, no effort to solve the issue & an attitude that my time & the 45 minute journey to get there is of no consequence or value! Poor show Glyn Hopkin!!!!
