Do not find this care service any good. Its a real poor show. The only carer who shows any real Real care is ISSACC, hes a real helpful carer nothing is to much trouble for him,. This man deserves a medal hes really looked after my partner. I hope he gets praised. The Passion tree services need a good shake up and proper care given to all.

Looked after my father for 6 weeks, Experience was pretty poor(I'm being kind) Company ordered specific equipment to aid my dad and then sent untrained staff!! Staff where either late/rude/in a rush/unprofessional or all of the above. Staff where unsympathetic in-between laughing and mocking my dad. They added to the stress everyone in family was experiencing at time. Management where patronising and clearly orientated by money/contracts when in contact. If this is the best option for elderly/disabled people in the area then your better off caring for your relative yourself or moving them out if the city. Company may have "Passion" in there title , But showed as much passion towards my dad as a dead duck!

I just want to say a big thank you to all the carers and staff at Passion Tree for looking after my dad. Not sure how we would have coped without them.
