Thoroughly satisfied with level of professional services provided by Pinnacle Accountancy Limited, staff are extremely helpful and patient especially for new comers starting their business. Communication is clear and concise, there is always a willingness to break down the jargon and provide easy to understand information. Particularly enjoyed using their finance tracking app, made it easy to keep track of the company accounts through my mobile.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. STAY WELL AWAY. Myself and 4 others I recommended used them and what happened? we ALL got fines. They do not support, help or guide you. They submit documents WITH OUT showing you draft copies. No accountability and their so called fantastic system book keeping software does not work. You have to re do things 5+ times and even then its a Russian roulette. They are beyond a joke. Never experienced such lack of professionalism. How on earth they are still in business is beyond me -scamming poor innocent people who do not know any better. Use them at your peril!

Pinnacle have been my accountants for over 6 years for my consultancy business and have been excellent. I would highly recommend them for both those who are starting up a new business or have established businesses. Whilst excellent value, the most important attributes for my business was the quality of advice, levels of integrity, competence and professionalism. Equally, they are highly responsive, engaging and supportive, successfully navigating my business through what can be challenging and complex legislative requirements, which can have significant detrimental ramifications for businesses if not managed appropriately.

James and the team at Pinnacle are absolutely brilliant. They have helped me, a first time business owner, navigate the complexities of VAT returns, PAYE and everything in-between. No question is too silly and their expertise and willingness to go above and beyond to explain things to me has made managing my company finances a smooth process. Highly recommended.
