I was a bit apprehensive with having to have 2 party wall notices, one next to a commercial property however Harkishan was excellent. I had nothing to worry about, everything was done smoothly and in good time and as a massive bonus my costs came in at the bottom end of the scale. The whole process was smooth and easy. I'd definitely use Harkishan again

We were recommended ROC Haus and Andrew from a friend and have to say the service has been outstanding. We had doubts from a terrible experience from a previous architect but Andrew and his team have been super professional, always on hand to help with any queries and really patient too. Nothing is ever a problem for them and they have a real person centred approach to their work. From our initial conversation right through to the planning and applications, they have been a pleasure to work with. I would 100% recommend them to anyone and can't speak highly enough of the service provided. Well done Andrew and all your team.

Im very happy that I chose ROChaus to be my architects. They are so helpful and patient and Im very happy with the service. Ive dealt with other architects in the past but would always choose ROChaus in future. Were at the tendering stage now which they are also helping me with. They have a range of services to choose from so you can choose as much or as little as you need. They are competitively priced I would say, but the service they offer is fantastic. Really friendly, professional team. I can highly recommend them!
