The car and its preparation for collection could not have been bettered. It looks and drives as if a brand-new car - there is not a blemish. I was impressed by Imperials' general approach and the attention paid to detail by their service team and by their Prestige Vehicle Sales representative - Kevin Brooks who patiently and rapidly responded to all my questions. He was a pleasure to deal with and I much appreciated his honest, soft-sale approach. The service team did not scrimp on the preparation of the car and even sorted out things I had not pointed out.

Excellent service from initial contact through to pick up. Recently purchased Ford Ranger from Imperials. Dealt with Jake for the sale and Warren for the finance. Communications from the start were good and extra photos of vehicle sent via WhatsApp when requested. They always replied with any queries during the process and Warren was on hand to sort out process with finance. Travelled 200 miles to pick up vehicle and wasn't disappointed. Jake sorted final paperwork out within half hour and I was driving off. Great experience with Imperials and would highly recommend.

From the first time I spoke to Jim at Imperial I felt like I was very important. Nothing was ever too much trouble and he was so quick in getting back to me with all my queries. Would highly recommend Imperial as a company and especially Jim as your contact.

Over the last 3.5 years I have viewed 3 cars at Imperials and bought two of those. I get personal attention from Jamie who is absolutely great to deal with. All questions I had were always answered with professionalism and no pressure to buy. I highly recommend buying from Imperials!!
