Where do you begin? The amazing photos you see on here really do not capture the true beauty of this wonderful place. The setting is truly breath taking and sets the mood for an amazing unforgettable wedding (which is what we all really want). I truly believe you will not find a better place to get married. Wendy and Dominic have pretty much thought of everything and made this a little corner of heaven. If you want a dream wedding without the stress this place truly ticks all the boxes. If we could, we would love to be able to do it all over again as the experience was so much better than we ever thought was possible. Thank you for making the start of our married life a true life fairy-tale.

Where to start! The venue was just on another level and everything that we could of dreamed of, beautiful surrounding and the peaceful experience we wanted. More then likely the top benefit of the love shack has to be Wendy.... Attentive, kind, thoughtful, always going the extra mile all while being super professional. The cabin we stopped in was stocked up on breakfast snack (felt on par with 5* hotels) gorgeous interior and exterior, super warm and cosy, netflix to keep the kids occupied, games to play with too. The bed was to die for.. huge and super comfy! The fire pit outside came into amazing use when Wendy dropped off some s'mores for us to eat and keep us warm during the cold winter night outside. The list of all the pros could go on and on. 110% recommend. Thank you for everything Wendy you help make our day super special

We would absolutely recommend The Love Shack! We got married here on 14th December 2022. Initially we had booked at the registry office with a function room, those plans grew arms and legs and turned into an event that was just the opposite to what we wanted. Following a recommendation from a close friend, we stumbled across The Love Shack and immediately fell in love. From the initial contact with Wendy, you could just tell that she was such a kind and incredible human, dedicating her time to create our special moment of getting married. Wendy was super responsive, full of information and encouragement, helping with suppliers such as photographers and catering to bringing all of our plans together with zero fuss. We did end up booking the wedding package, with guest accommodation and their additional function room for our wedding celebrations, but we booked this without visiting first based on past pictures and reviews alone. All I will say when the time eventually come, the reviews and pictures do not do this place justice, absolutely incredible grounds, small touches you would not expect, and just simply magical. Weather for our day was just insane, -7 on the day with snow on the ground from the week before, and sun was shining all day - it definitely made for some amazing photographs to remember our day. We have such fond memories of our time at The Love Shack with our 4 close friends, the grounds, the accommodation, the host that couldn't do enough for you (even settling some anxiety in the build up), amazing photographs and catering that we couldn't get enough of. Thank you so much for being part of our special day, we sincerely couldn't have predicted how magical and precious this would be - so yes, we would recommend to anyone who is looking for an elopement wedding to get booked in quickly, there is a reason this place is extremely busy!!
