Phoned John and spoke to him on the phone regarding a boundary dispute while going through with a purchase of my home, he fully advised me what options were open to me and told me the most cost effective way to resolve the matter, this cost me nothing in the end due to Johns expertise and know how with such matters. Probably the most genuine person I've ever spoken to and explained all in plain English and was willing to help and not try and up sell any of his service. would definitely recommend if you are looking for an honest surveyor who knows his stuff and is willing to help. I would recommend 100 percent John W Wright ,His expertise and knowledge was invaluable for our needs as we had no knowledge of the area .He is the perfect professional ,as we have bought several houses before and have used lots of different surveys ,John trumps them all .
