        I have trained with several PT's over the years and David has been a constant in my training. His knowledge of the body and how everything works together has been very important when I wanted to continue training through injury. His PT sessions are planned, well though out, challenging and interesting. I love them! David's varied daily zoom classes during lockdown have a life saver. He always does his best to make sure we are having fun whilst burning a load of calories and building muscle. David pushes you to your limits but always in a safe way and always with a smile
