Poor service with bad communication between front and back of house. And a bad attitude of management towards staff. Stock noted as available on website, we bought what they finally tracked down after 45 minutes, they watched while we loaded this into our car only to be told that we must take it out as it is the wrong stock. Time wasting, rude and chaotic.

I have bought twice now on line and all my purchases have been healthy and in good condition. On line purchases have been hit and miss in the past but this will always be my first stop in the future. Well run business .

Ordered a number of Thuja trees over 2 weeks ago, no real update on my order whatsoever, had to chase it up, have been told twice my order is sat with transport and awaiting shipping, and also told that the trees still haven't been dug ? Highly doubt my order will be delivered tomorrow so will be 3+ weeks with no real time frame of knowing when they will arrive .. just some transparency would be good

First order went ok, but one plant was damaged so they took it back and said someone would ring us. We didnt receive a call and when we called them they said their driver would have told them, implying we werent telling the truth. Eventually they investigated and found out we were missing one, no apology though. We decided to place another order though as we hadnt ordered enough in the first place, asked them to add the missing plant to that order. Yesterday we were told it was being delivered, but it never came. Rang to check today and they said it has been delivered, eventually found out they had delivered to the wrong address over half a mile away and they asked if we could go and get them! This is an order 15 large plants including bamboo! I said we couldnt as I had no way of transporting them and someone has had a random delivery they know nothing about. There response was, well we dont know when we can get them for you as itll be next time a driver is in the area! I said I wasnt really happy about that but the lady on the phone (Vicky) was really abrupt and just kept repeating the same line, well theres not much I can do about it. This was really frustrating, eventually managed to get a delivery tomorrow. But overall I think the customer service is poor especially the attitude from the lady, no apology or anything. I wait to see if we get the missing plant as part of tomorrows delivery too.
