It was our lucky day when we came across Rick and his team at CGS, who have recently completed a landscaping project for us at our home in Knutsford. We approached Rick with plans to landscape both our front and back garden. Rick took great care in understanding our vision - visiting us on three separate occasions to measure up and discuss our ideas - without any obligation or pressure to proceed. He provided a very detailed and thorough quote which we found to be competitive compared with other landscape gardeners we had met. Rick responded in a very timely & professional manner - it was clear from his emails he had a great work ethic - we were really impressed. From start to finish the whole team were amazing. Turning up on time, always with a smile on their face, putting in a hard days graft to get our project turned around quickly. Rick kept us updated the whole way - he knew exactly what was arriving when - and he also kept the site impeccably clean & tidy. We were extremely happy with the quality of the work - everything was completed to such a high standard. If something wasnt right Rick would change it / do it again until it was absolutely perfect - a quality you dont often find in tradesmen. Rick actually went above and beyond one day when I had a problem with our drains but had my hands full with a 5 month old baby. He researched and rang companies on my behalf to come out and fix the problem just to give me a hand when I was having a tough day. Weve been renovating our home for the last 2 years & have come across many trades, some of which have left us feeling a little disappointed with the quality of their work. So to come across someone like Rick - who clearly takes so much pride in his work - is honestly so refreshing. I really cant recommend him enough.
