Very basic pest control service. No rebaiting so had to go in after they had been to add baiting stations and bait before the problem was sorted. Would not use again. Probably worth paying more to someone else to get a 3 visit service which would have been better. Able just visit once to bait then once more to remove their bait .

I made an appointment with this company earlier today mistakenly not reading the reviews first. Trying to cancel the appointment once I had read them was a bit of a nightmare. Nobody in customer service answering the phone just kept saying they were busy. Rang again & had to beg the guy who answered not to put me through to customer services but to please just cancel my appointment & also to ensure no money was taken out of my account as they had taken my card number already. It seems strange that they do this as I've not had to give card details to any other company before any work has been done in my house. Seems like I've had a lucky escape. I now have a local guy coming out to deal with an issue of mice in my garden who actually said he had once worked for Able & they had told him to overcharge elderly people. How cruel can that be! Just hope money doesn't disappear from my account. Will be keeping a careful watch. Definitely Rouge traders!

Terrible experience with this company!!! They told us on initial phone call that there would be no call out charge and no charge if no work or treatment was undertaken. Took my partners bank details on the call as said they needed it to process a call out but absolutely no money would be taken from his account. (Also says clearly on their website "there is no call out fee".) So a representative came out to have a look (5 mins) he said nothing could be done then they took 100.80 from my partners account!! Little response from Able about this issue so contacted trading standards who said it sounded like a scam I followed the procedures they told me to do (which included asking for a copy of the initial phone recording) but I have had very little response from Able (and they have said several times when I kept riinging them that they will send me the file of the recording but it has never been sent). I wonder why!! BEWARE AS THIS COMPANY ARE CORRUPT AND OUT TO SCAM YOU!!!
