We ordered a barbecue shelter from the RiverCo stand at Wisley way back in early May. When it eventually arrived in July the shelter was uneven. The fitter promised to send some shims to go underneath. The oil we paid for was also missing he promised to send that too. At the show there were shelves on the shelter which again we were promised to be sent at a later date. Here we are in October with nothing but an uneven expensive shelter. Riverco deny responsibility as they outsourced to a company called Caribbean Living who now appear to have gone bust. They are still selling this shelter on their website. I would not order anything from this company.

Poor aftercare customer service from Riverco after delivery and assembly of a faulty table. Weeks spent waiting for its replacement and outstanding issue of refunded money. So disappointing, as the furniture looks fantastic and the salespeople were great.

We saw the garden furniture at the Cosford Food Festival last year and we're very impressed by the range and quality, unfortunately I was no where near getting the garden ready with walls to build, fencing and concrete posts to replace as well as a slabbed patio to lay.We were really surprised with the competitive price considering the quality, so finally when we were ready to order last month, we expected a fair increase in the promotional price we were originally quoted. We ended up only paying 50 more, so we were dead chuffed. Delivery was quoted as 3 - 4 weeks, but within days we had a call to say our order could be delivered as they were in the area, but unfortunately it didn't suit our plans. The order was in our possession within 3 weeks with the exception of the cushions that were out of stock, but would be with us within a week. We have been delighted with our purchase, bought at the start of a heatwave, where we have eaten outside breakfast, lunch and evenings. Even visitors have been impressed with the quality of the products so much so as they have asked for Riverco's details. The cushions did arrive within an acceptable time even though there was a problem with the courier's Hermes. We can't stress enough at the friendliness of the staff, the superb quality of the products and a massive plus for us was you don't pay a penny until your order arrives, there's not many large purchases you can make these days without paying upfront or at least a deposit. Thoroughly recommend Riverco and their products. First class.
