Rented from them for just over 3 years. Brilliant value for money on the house however very lacklustre in their managing of the property. Took 2 years to get a properly working boiler (this was only replaced after the gas engineer condemned it) Once that was fixed a crack developed in the double glazing where the seal had gone, this was reported when it first happened however didn't get sorted until the crack spanned the entire inside pane of the cartridge. Again brilliant house for the money but if anything does go wrong, don't expect a speedy response. Even took us 4 days to get a call back to get confirmation they had received our notice.
